Meet Candace Smiley

Originally from Guyana, South America, I immigrated to the United States as a teenager and began my American journey in Brooklyn, New York. After several years in New York City, I moved to Atlanta in 2012, where I’ve proudly built my career and home. My journey began on the track, where I competed in high school and college, honing the discipline and competitive spirit that define me today. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, followed by a Master’s in Education and another Master’s in School Leadership, with aspirations of becoming a principal.

During my 13 years as a high school math teacher and track coach, I had the honor of helping student-athletes attain full athletic scholarships, transforming their futures. In 2017, I earned my real estate license and began working part-time as a Realtor, while still teaching and coaching.

By May 2018, I made the leap to become a full-time Realtor, fully embracing this new chapter. I serve the Metro Atlanta area with the same tenacity and drive that I brought to the track, treating every transaction as a race to victory. My clients benefit from my championship mindset, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence.

I am passionate about helping people build their legacy through real estate, and I vow to guide them with integrity, dedication, and heart. I am not only committed to the "Ready," "Willing," and "Able;" I am also committed to the "Ready," "Willing," but "Not Able." I help to make ALL dreams a reality, through education and guidance.

I strongly believe in the salvation through Jesus Christ and that my entire purpose is wrapped up in his desires for my life. I fully embrace the gospel and lead my clients reflecting the character of Jesus Christ; all good things. I encourage clients to realize that "Faith Unlocks Dreams" and they should go get theirs!
